Caution: A faithful rendition of the traditional garlic pickle, this one is super addictive! - Made with gingelly (sesame) oil - Handmade in small batches - No chemical preservatives or added colour We make these with small garlic pods which are so much more difficult to peel but oh so worth it when you eat it! The garlic is peeled at the Farm and we do not use peeled garlic in vinegar for this pickle (or any of our pickles for that matter!). Ingredients - Garlic, Gingelly oil, Red chillies, Jaggery, Vinegar, Salt, Tamarind, Fenugreek Keep refrigerated. Always use a dry spoon. Consume within 2 months from date of manufacture.
About the brand
We are a production centre which works on converting farm produce into value added products. We work with rural women from the villages near our farm, where we reside and practice farming the organic way. Our current offerings (pickles & jams) are made with traditional recipes the old fashioned way using produce from our farm / farms around us. We also run a farm stay where we welcome guests to experience life on a small farm in rural Tamil Nadu.
