Returns
Due to the nature of handmade bath and body products/ Candles, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
However, returns are accepted in the following cases:

You received the wrong product
Your product was damaged during shipping

Photos or a short video of the damaged or incorrect product
Unboxing video (if available)
Once your request is approved, you’ll be guided through the return or replacement process.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
In prepaid orders, only the product cost is refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
