Not at all. IndyMandi is an extra discovery channel for finding new customers. Your website, your Instagram DMs and your brand stay fully yours.
Is there a joining fee or monthly charge?
No. Listing is free and there's no monthly rent. We earn a flat 15% only when you make a sale.
How do shipping and packaging work?
You fulfil your own orders: pack them in your own branded packaging and ship them to the customer. Every parcel carries your brand, not ours.
When and how do I get paid?
Payouts are settled automatically T+5, five days after an order is delivered, straight to your registered bank account, with a settlement report for every order.
What documents do I need?
Just basic business and bank details. After you apply, our team will tell you exactly what's needed for your category.
