Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days only for wrong, damaged or defective products. To file a claim, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory and must be emailed to info@kanaklata.store. Our Quality Control team will review the evidence to verify the claim. If approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your address and process a replacement at no extra cost. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will be rejected without exception.
