7 Days Return & Exchange Policy
Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Product: If the product is received damaged or defective, the customer can request an exchange within 7 days. Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging may be required for verification. After verification, the product will be replaced with the same product, subject to availability.

Customer-Initiated Return: For an eligible return, a ₹70 return/processing charge will be payable by the customer separately. This charge is applicable to cover return processing and logistics expenses.

The product must be unused, unworn and returned in its original condition and packaging. Used, worn, damaged due to misuse, scratched or altered products will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Change of mind, personal preference or colour preference is not eligible for free exchange.

This policy applies to all ZIVANTA SKUs, subject to the applicable marketplace rules and policies.
