7 Days Exchange Only – Damaged/Defective Products
Customers can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery only if the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Clear photos/videos of the product and original packaging may be required for verification.
After verification and approval, the product will be exchanged with the same product, subject to availability.

No Return or Exchange will be accepted for change of mind, personal preference, colour preference, size preference, or any other reason not related to damage, defect, or incorrect product.

The product must be unused, unworn and returned in its original packaging. Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, scratches, wear and tear, or alteration are not eligible for exchange.

A ₹70 return/processing charge will be payable by the customer for any approved exchange request.
This policy applies to all ZIVANTA SKUs, subject to applicable marketplace rules and policies.
